Founded in 1961, Sensor Systems has been lead by its president, Mary E. Bazar, to become one of the largest airborne communications and navigation antenna manufacturers in the world.

Vice President Si Robin, best known for his innovative antenna designs, is responsible for introducing some of the best, cutting edge products in the industry. Thanks to this, Sensor Systems' antennas can be found on most commercial aircraft flying today.

A strong engineering, manufacturing, sales and distribution team work closely with the leadership toward providing customer satisfaction for both product and service. During the past four decades, Sensor Systems has provided antennas for highly respected aviation specialist such as Boeing, Raytheon, Honeywell, Lockheed, Bombardier, Saab and Embraer.

One of Sensor Systems' major contribution to the industry is a patented, all-metal, one-piece-cast antenna, which eliminates "P" static. It offers high electrical efficiency, greater mechanical strengths and longer service life than fiberglass antennas. Another important feature of the company's products is the D.C. grounding, to provide lightning protection.

Sensor Systems has developed and continuously improved upon a complete line of over 200 antennas, featuring numerous and significant advances in aircraft and land vehicle communications and navigation.

It is the vertical integration of our engineering and manufacturing facility that enables prompt design, development, construction and distribution of the company's products - a virtually unique situation in the industry.

We meet or exceed all military specifications and FAA/JAA requirements for standard and custom antenna designs. Sensor Systems' quality control procedures are certified and are compliant to AS9100 and MIL-I-45208A.

Every Sensor Systems antenna is 100% environmentally checked in our rigid electrical/mechanical inspection and test facilities.

As an authorized FAA/JAA Repair Station (S4SR422J), Sensor Systems is fully equipped to provide complete antenna refurbishing service for the VHF antennas it manufactures.

Sensor Systems maintains a large stock of spares for fast AOG support to commercial airlines and business jet aircraft.

At minimal cost, Sensor Systems can leverage its commercial and civil capabilities to ensure advantages for the United States. Our commercial off the shelf (COTS) products are easily adaptable for military use hastening an economical transition for the government user.
